registered no(1) is 1719/2536 with the registered fund about 11,000,000 baht ( eleven
million baht )

Our company has begun telecommunication business since 1993 by contracting with
telephone organization to place telephone cables and to provide telephone numbers
of Telephone Authority of Thailand for the areas that telephone has not reached yet.

In year 1993

Move for saving the telephone service charges of organizations.

In year 2001
P.O.S. TELECOM COMPANY LIMITED has begun to import Siemens Module for
manufacturing the Module Interface in Thailand for reducing cost. We also have
designed and developed both hardware and software of it under the trademark of
